Bread and Pastry Production NC II (also known as Baking and Pastry Production NC II) is a technical-vocational program that prepares and produces bakery/pastry products, cakes, and desserts for students. Bread and Pastry Production NC II students are taught how to use modern baking techniques, equipment, tools and utensils, and other baking appliances. Students are also educated on various presentation methods, sanitation, and safety.
This program educates students about kitchen/service area procedures and protocols and the general routine and responsibilities in the food and beverage department. More importantly, students are properly prepared to receive and respond to guest concerns. The Food and Beverage Services NCII program also develops students’ skills in bar operation and maintenance and cocktail preparation and mixing.
It requires the ability to install and configure computer systems, set up computer networks and servers, and maintain and repair computer systems and networks. To obtain your National Certificate for Computer Systems Servicing NC II, you must obtain the Certificate of Competency (COC) for each of the following:
Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Marriage Contract from the PSA/NSO (for married women only)
Photocopy of any Valid ID/license (not expired)
Photocopy of Diploma
For College Graduate;
Photocopy of TOR (Certified true and correct copy)
For High School Graduate;
Photocopy of Grades or Certificate of Completion
For ALS Completer;
Photocopy of Grades or Certificate of Completion
